Also a subsidiary of Fossil Coal, D&J Coal is the bond holding entity founded to service Fossil Coal's needs with regards to bonding permits managed by Fossil Coal, and is a member of the Reclamation Guaranty Fund.

Capacity: Mining Operations
A subsidiary of Fossil Coal, Ridgeline Coal functions as the primary mining contractor of Fossil Coal, whose mining operations are exclusively dedicated to the permitted properties of Fossil Coal. This obvious synergy allows for cost-effective and nimble operations.
